Shocking service

It took from 11:45am until 1:30pm to transfer from investment account to another. When I complained the teller supervisor, Bertha, simply shrugged her shoulders. The manageress will phone me back later. I am not holding my breath! This bad service which I am told is due to under staffing has been ongoing for months!
