When I received my policy re-rate I was a bit alarmed by the percentage of increase. I called Outsurance and spoke to Ryan Padayachee. He has the best attitude one could imagine, he is patient and kind. He speaks to you like you are a human being (unlike so many other companies). He reduced my premium to one that I am exceptionally happy with and he did it without me having to plead my case. He is an awesome asset to Outsurance as he goes the extra mile and has the best attitude. Keep up the excellent service Ryan, because of you I will be an Outsurance client forever!
