Since last year my monthly amount amount went up by R50, I phoned to query this as I had not made any claims or changed my cover. Ryan Paddyachee assisted me by explaining this increase as well as going the extra mile to have the monthly amount lowered. He successfully did this and lowered my monthly amount by R100. Thank you Ryan, you have made my 2014 year an even better one! The Customer Service was excellent and the whole experience with Outsurance is what other company's should strive for.
