Debiting my account but not sending myself a card

I took this service a little while back. Have been debited in April and May now... Yet I have not received a card. I took the Double Deal as this would benefit me for eating out. That was what I was interested in.

I want my policy cancelled and my money returned.

Myself and my brother took the deal the same day, neither of us received anything.

On 2 different addresses.

Im not sure how this business can expect to grow when they practise so unethically!
