Failure to deliver and bad attitude from staff

I signed onto the Double Deal plus promotion a in the third week of October to enjoy the benefit of going out for meals, I paid the R220 signing fee. And another R100 since then. I was told it would take no longer than 3 weeks for my card to be delivered - a card that i would need in order to benefit from the Double Deal meals. It is nearly 7 weeks later and I am still waiting. I have called them a number of times only to be asked if my address has changed because according to their system the card had been dispatched and should have arrived. then i was told that it would be couriered to me - nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have just cancelled my account, and have been met with a terrible attitude. Not only the bad attitude but i found out i had been to when i was told that my card had been dispatched 3 weeks ago. Every time i call them, it is another excuse of some kind. It is absolutely unacceptable. I have also requested a full refund as i have not in any way benefited from this ridiculous program.
