Cannot use serivce but still get billed

Signed up for this wonderful so called service 23/8/2013. Account got debited for a once off admin fee as explained. Your card will be delivered soon 24/8/2013?? and all the SMS messages get delivered to your phone, reminders etc. I called in a month later to advise that I have not received my card so I cannot use the service and was told that it was on the way. A month later I logged a call on the web-site and was called back and was told that delivery was attempted but nobody was there, at my business address was a load of RUBBISH. Again I was told they would send it courier to my work address and two weeks later I was given another call to advise that delivery was attemtped but was unsuccesful and that they would try again. I called today and spoke the Evelyn Henries and cancelled this so called deal and demaned a full refund for all my fees.
Pathetic no called service where all they good is at debiting your account and sending sms to your phone.
Not happy at totally unsatified and as they say, if it sounds to good to be true then it isn't true.
I expect a full refund in my account for all my fees from inception including this month debit that was taken from my account - thanks
