Double Deal
HELP

Hi I registered for double deal months ago still have not received my card!!! How do I cancel this?

I have lost my registration details. Please help me, I receive the messages etc. but no card. joined double deal a few months ago but even now havent received my double deal card,
i would like to cancel it and want my money back as they can see ive never used their service, as they are offering me a very poor service. cancelled debit order now because im paying for something i dont have use im just giving them my money . please assist me as this is not a good customer service it just poor.thanks
