I am under debt review and so my credit card bill is paid by an external party. This credit card has been paid up and therefore I have asked Virgin Money to close the account so that the Debt review agency can allocate the funds reserved for this credit card to other accounts that need paying up. The agency require the closure letter from Virgin Money before they will take this account off the payments register. I have phoned in and requested 3 times that this be done, all I get is an email notifying me of the request but no closure letter follows this.
