So much for how can we help you

I went in to reverse a debit order, Lindiwe told me it was impossible to do so. After confirming with her that I have had it reversed at another bank before, she gave me a dispute form to fill in ad assured me that the reversal would be done on Saturday by 1 of her colleagues as she won't be coming in. 2 days later I check my account and the debit has gone off. This is all above the fact that there is no structure at all at fnb park central. I saw another gentleman leaving a customer at his desk and actually going out of the branc. Being a platinum account holder with fnb and having banked with them for so long, I always tell my friends and family what awesome a bank it is, however this experience has left a bitter taste!!!
