Appalling Service

I had a disgusting and appalling experience with service at this bank on Friday and Saturday. There is no care attitude from both the staff and manageress, Sandra. There is no consideration for the customer and their time and no real effort is made. My account at FNB was closed without any warning or notice as well as no communication about a monthly withdrawal that was being made, and reopening the account has been a nightmare. The manageress especially was nonchalant and deliberate.
