MISLEADING SERVICE

I cannot begin to explain my utter dissapointment in FNB. In March FNB declined me for a bond due to affordability but offered me a credit card (R19400) and an overdraft (R35000) a week later because I threatened to move to Standard Bank, as they approved my bond application even though i dont bank with them.

Last week my phone broke and I remember FNB sent me an sms promoting th S4 special @ R299, out of despiration I went in to the bank and applied for it (20/05/2013) and was told the phone will be delivered in 2-4days, I go the bank (yesterday) as I have not heard any feedback only to be told it takes 7days for delivery, due to mixed information I call the helpdesk that deals with smart phones and I get told you dont have stock... WHAT SHODDY SERVICE! IF I HADNT CALLED I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN.

I told the lady I spoke to I need this phone urgently even if I have to collect the phone myself from somewhere.

I work for Nashua Mobile and I could have given them my business but it SEEMED simpler with you guys... I regret ever dealing with your'll again after the bond situation.

I will take this further. CPA - DO NOT ADVERTISE WITHOUT STOCK
