I'm dissapointed

I was told that I have a minus on my account, I managed to be civil with the call centre agent even though all this was not my fault. I was then told to go make arrangements at the branch to repay the bank, a friend of mine wanted to use my account to have someone deposit money, I agreed not knowing that that money would get debited same time by Capitec but I was told that an e-mail has been sent and that the money will return to my account and untill now it hasnt. this is the fourth day. Im not asking for millions; its just R200.
