Poor delivery service

I am soo disappointed to what happened I was soo looking forward for that credit card but I was told that the card is in Bloemfontein whereas iam in the eastern cape I have a good feeling that its seems like most pple commenting here are facing same problem iam facing and you guys are doing nothing about it... iam not happy with the service at all..
