I degraded my cheque account to savings account from 18 March 2013 reason been that I'm unemployed now so I can't afford the account anymore. I did go on April after noticing the account hasn't been changed and since then it still hasn't changed and bear in mind that they are still charging for bank charges. I want to be refunded of the money they have been deducting since I changed the account according to the date I applied where I degraded the account
