I called call centre in April to change my account no from savings to cheque, the agent told me everything was changed and they will start in may, i made cash payment for two month on each account, all a long i was believing that they deducting my account but they went back to savings account . what kind of service is this.
i receive a call that cell c has handed my account to the lawyers after i have given them my new account that is pathetic.
i want my money back on the charges that they cost on my savings account as it is closed.
i called to stop the sim card but the agent didn't say anything to me . i am very disappointing
