ABSA Wadeville-What a Joke!

For the 2nd time this year after ABSA have blocked my account due to fica I went to the Wadeville branch (like the previous time in Febuary) on 25/05/13 to go through this process AGAIN. After standing in a que for 1hour a Lady that seemed to be helpful explained that I probably gave incorrect documents the first time so after she gave me exactly the same paper to fill out as the first time and I told her that its the same I got impatient and she got. So I gave her my payslip with my address on and she filled out the form. Then it was my dads' turn. She asked for his name and after 10sec of thinking it through she gave him the form to complete because she could not spell his name. So after I had to spell various of things to her while she has everything on the docs in her hand I really got impatient. She claimed I made her nervous and that if I continue to be imaptient she is going to refer me to another person. So I requested to see the manager but received silent treatment. If this happens again I will stop all future business with ABSA and move to FNB. I am tired of this bad service and attitude! You are one step away of losing a customer!
