I've laid a claim on the 25th of last month and have been calling almost every day. Every time I call, the agent is not available and they would let him call me back with an update. Not 1 call from him in all this timem I have no idea what's going on with my claim and I don't even want to see my cell's bill. Everytime one of the agents answer (wich isn't much as both nrs? 0117157792? 27117157592 just ring most of the time) they say they haven't received my forms. I've faxed 4 times, emailed 3 times to 2 different nrs and emails and send the fax to 0865917575 and 0865577317 again on the 5th. I would appreciate feedback.
