I went to this specify branch to collect a card, because my card was retained the morning the same day. I than it was 16H05 and pleeded that they would consider by helping me out while there were still people inside the bank. I explaint to the staff that I don't have any money on me as I was coming from work, and that I need to get money to buy my son dypers and transport fees, and still they refused to help me out. I'm verry dissapointed as I was with my others banks. I really beleived that this is the bank where I can put my trust in, but not so sure anymore. I also know that they just followed rulles, and don't wish that they would come in trouble for this. Please ask the staff to change their attitude because when they asked me to leave after i bagged them just for the sake of my child they seemed never minded and it was very heartbraking.
