I sent 3 complaints about the online banking website which I do not find easy to use and also do not like the look of. Having chatted to 5 FNB customers they concurred with me but we all found the FNB response wanting
"We at FNB believe in innovation and moving forward. We believe in offering the best product to our customers, and we believe that this has been achieved that with our new website."
So FNB 'believe' and are happy with the website never mind any customer feedback.
