YOUR BRAND PHILOSOPHY IS MISLEADING

I believe that your brand philosophy is misleading, you are very far from what you claim you can do compared to other banks. I called your call centre numerous times and not only got pushed from pillar to post but it seems that your agents dont attend the same training nor do their get refresher training. I really wonder how your QA is measured. I was eventually referred to fnb card for my request... and since April no one has responded back though i received your automated response that someone will help me within 48 hours. I sent another request for a chargeback on my credit card on 2013/05/11 14:13:03, received your automated reponse on 2013/05/11 14:13:06 but to date again, no one has helped me. What type of bank are you if you take more than a month to read your emails. I want the reversal on my account as I have disputed it within 30 days and I received no service from that company nor do I want to continue with them. LIVE UP TO YOUR ADVERTISING or stop comparing yourself to banks that WALK THE TALK. NOW HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?
