Bad attitude and still no delivery

I got sold hotel or holiday vouchers (two of them) for R800 valid for two years, but to this day i have not even received one of my vouchers, worse part is i just came back for leave and i wanted to use those vouchers. I got Inconvenienced as if it was my own FAULT. Now have been waiting for my two vouchers since March til to this day no delivery has happened yet, I have called their call centre numerous times, call centre agency can't even answer the phone properly, no telephone ski ls what's so ever and they make you feel like, they are doing you a favour by answering. They say their lines are recorded but when you request the call records no one even gets back to you, They have hand up on me twice, WHEN i requested to speak to the manager and some girl said she is the floor manager but she does not even have manners on the phone, "WHAT THE " you run a call centre but no skills whats so ever
Now it's either you give me my money back or send me the vouchers already. I have checked with our mail guy here at work i have checked with the receptionist, nothing has arrived in the post yet. Tis is my hard earn money we are talking about my money not ours, please.
