NO password = NO use = Expired Vouchers

I collected my WW Visa card on the renewal date, I was advised my password woudl be sent via Post. I had also received two vouchers in the post, a few number of weeks after they had been issued. I coudl however only use these vouchers in conjunction with a WW Visa purchase which was impossible considering I didnt have a password. My password never arrived. I had to call to ask them to send another password. In the meantime two of the three vouchers expired. I wrote to the contact centre, advising them of my frustration and requesting a extension on the two vouchers, the reply advised me to visit absa and obtain a pin but Nuraan never replied to my query re vouchers, I re sent the email, still no reply. I called the call centre only to be advised they are offline and that I had sufficient time to use the vouchers, clearly that person was unaware of delays. As at today, I now have a operational visa and two expired vouchers! What a way to say thank you woolworths.
