Standard Bank Northgate has got the service ever, not only do you make people stand at you're counters while they are enquiring, there is no direction or signage of where you must wait, your staff talk to each other WHILE a customer is waiting. What a horrible experience just to FICA I had to wait over an hour!!! The staff refused to let me speak to the branch manager, which I find extremely unprofessional.
