FNB Lakeside Mall has got to be the worst branch (of any bank) that I have ever visited. There are never enough staff to attend to customers, most counters are closed. Management sits in an office and does nothing to assist. The wait is over an hour. Staff are ineffiecient and take forever to process anything. This branch really needs to wake up regarding customer service. It is the most pathetic branch and is an utter disgrace to the FNB group. Stop walking around and open all counters!!! We cannot wait for an hour or more!!!
