Some company i dont know debited on my acc it for the second time now and the 1st time i went i got my money back. And withh the consaltant was helping me we even try 2 call the company no respond i have follow up and try to call i got no respond and the same company debit my my money early in the morning Capitec Bank: Debit Order -R450.90 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref PM8@EZI 00A525D2130523NAEDO DR 029413048; Avail R40.05; 23-May. Call 0860102043 i went to the branch the lady that was in the door told me to go get the letter even i try to explain you can tel she was not lesting and not willing to help me out she just tol these nothing she can do for me its company law no letter no help after she next person please i regreat banking with bank staff bad service and i report my matter in they facebook page the gave the number to call client care that was the worse service even i got in the call. She not sure busy asking everthing that i explain to her maybe is a trainey or she dont know the job i end up loosing airt of 42 rand without help while i was wait my airtime was finish image now i need my money asp
