Since signing up with Legalwise, I have attempted to approach them for various issues and have gotten nothing but a rude response and no assistance. It even got so bad that a lady once insulted me and hung up the phone when I asked her for her name. When you try to open a case they either volunteer to write a letter (which I can do myself at no cost) or give you the run around until there is no use to pursue it. The Randburg branch is beyond help -since the manager herself has the same attitude of not caring to address the client's request. I sent her an email on the 30th April 2013, and only today (23rd May 2013), does she respond, claiming to be waiting for my instruction. I go on to ask her whether she responded to my email on the 30th April and the lady goes AWOL! Has no shame to even apologise, but instead just disappears and hopes its all gonna disappear. The general culture at the organisation is of a don't care attitude, which I cannot accept to pay for! With every case I have tried to pursue, I have not gotten much assistance, which then leads to the following question: Why do I need them? If Legalwise management do not address my concerns by tomorrow, cancel immediately!
