I am so annoyed with Elmarie from Prosperitas who calls me constantly and have bad attitude towards customers. She is doing collections from me and she is so unproffesional it is unbelievable. Last month she called me and when I could not answer my phone she immediately called my mother. Today she called me and I saw the missed calls then as soon as I get into my office my work switchboard calls me and tell me that she has called. I mean really???.. I know I owe my account but this is the first time from her, I have lots of account in my name and they have never contacted me at work or my mother. And last month when I asked her why she called my mother she said because I do not listen and maybe I will listen to her, ...I mean, this is full of arrogance and rude. She would call my cellphone and of course I do not carry it with me all the time then she calls immediately call my mother and today its my work. I know I owe money but there is no need to behave the way she does. I have many accounts since I started working and this is the first time I see somebody behaving like this. And to think I only owe R500, I feel pity for people who owe more than me. Just annoyed and disgusted...
