Really unhappy customer

I am a client at FNB, I recently ordered a Smartphone from them which was delivered to me on Monday. Tuesday the phone couldn't pick up my sim card. I phoned FNB to inform them that my phone is troublesome and they vowed to have it replaced. In the mean time I'm sitting without a working phone. They don't seem to be in much of a hurry to assist me and states that it will take about two weeks to replace the phone. What kind of service is that?! After taking it upon myself to phone the courier service myself to arrange for the collection of the broken phone, they informed me that nothing was lodged from FNB's side to arrange pick up. How long am I suppose to wait to be served? FNB doesn't seem to care about follow-up service on their products and offerings, but they sure as are fast to sell it to you and deduct the necessary monies owed to them. Really unhappy customer:(
