Inefficient service and a rude consultant - Wilhemina Phalane from Credit Life together with her colleague Elize Bosch not willing to assist me further and lying to me about her ability to transfer me to another department, after being on leaving me on hold for a lengthy period of time and undergoing numerous security checks for nothing, having explained this to both of them and their attitude is bemusing. Completely unprofessional and unacceptible service. I need my account with the bank closed and balances paid to another account.
