Having reported a matter with a Standard Bank branch in Key West after visiting them on numerous occassions to ensure this matter is resolved and handled accordingly, I'm still getting calls that other divisions of the bank aren't aware of my request. Completely unacceptible and unprofessional from Standard Bank.
