In 2011 I setled my mothers' loan at bayport and faxed the slip, they deducted the installment as usual the next month and we never complained until they stopped deducting the monthly installments. In 2012 towards the end of the year they called my mum saying she was in areas as she did not indicate that she was setling the account, now in 2013 she also had a call that she was now owing 3000 plus, and she made arrangements on my instructions that I will make 2 payments to pay of the 3000 plus, in april a few day after the 15th I deposited 1900 into bayport, and according to the agreement I am supposed to pay 1900 again this may, today I get a letter from bayport saying my mum owes 2637 despite the agreement of 2 installments. Please help.
