Still nothing

After being contacted regarding my last complaint, it looks like nothing is happening still.

Please see email I sent below to the premier suite.

This situation is getting laughable - no one seems to know what is going on.

This after I was phoned back after my last complaint regarding this issue and told everything would be taken care of quickly.

"Hi Tasneem,

Please can you assist.

Yesterday I received a voicemail from FNB (no indication of a reference number, name or department) to phone them back on 011 632 2210.
I phone back this morning, confirmed my details, and was then put through to 086 032 7827 (credit card limit quote division I think?)
From there, I was put through to 011 352 5234 (new card division?) - who tried finding my application by my ID number - but found absolutely nothing.

I have just about had it with the way that this is being handled.

I keep getting assured that it will be taken care of, and yet a month on from my initial application, there only appears to be chaos, an no one seems to be able to sort this out.

PLEASE can you just tell what needs to be done?
