Hi there

Can someone please assist, I have been assisted by Lionel to do amendments on my Policy and each time when i phone him he says he will phone me back and not even once has he responded, neither to my emails. I did exactlly as i was advised by him, my blood, forms, letters were email to him but I have not been contacted by him. Im starting to doubt whether it was a right thing to take a cover with altrisk. Its over a month now waiting fo feedback. You urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
