Very very disappointed

I went to the bank this morning to collect my cheque card & I was told to wait in the ques to speak to a consultant. Then there was the white couple who came after me & they were told to do the same, to wait in the ques to speak to the consultant. The white women was so impatient that she approached the manager (Corrie) to help her, but she was not told to wait like everybody else as we were all late for work already, But instead Corrie offered to help her first without asking for the clients who got there first, but she was helped first.

What makes it worse is that i approached her (Corrie) when she offered to help another lady to ask why is she helping someone who arrived last & she just said she is busy & she will speak to me after wards of which she never did. So this to me means that if I am black then I will wait, but if you are white then you are going to be attended to immediately regardless the fact that its first come first serve.
At the moment it feels like my money is worthless & their money was more important. Very very mad!!!
