I changed my bank from Standard Bank to FNB and arranged with Altrisk over the phone todo a manual payment because there is no more money in my old Standard Bank.
They still sent through an automatic debit order, which bounced and now Standard Bank has changed me R115 penalty fee for your screwup.
I'm going to take this to the small claims court and also open a case of misconduct against Altrisk. This is totally unacceptable
