Good morning,

In my whole existence, I've never seen an insurance claim get processed and paid within 2 working days.
There's forever hold ups or excuses and chunks of documents needed and delays there after.

I have a personal policy with Altrisk and was very shocked to unexpectedly receive feedback within 48hrs advising that my dread disease claim was approved and will be paid the same day.

I almost fell off my chair, LITERALLY, when I received an email with such feedback. it's good to see that in this world, there are still financial institutions who have simple processes and who insure to actually PAY.

Thanks to every involved, especially Susan Gonnermann the Manager for being efficient and empathetic towards my situation and I bet she give the same service to all claimants.

Its such a pleasure doing business with Altrisk and I will not stop singing praises of their super service. Much appreciated. :-) :-)
