EXTREME BAD SERVICE

I had minor dent on my car, I phoned Prime Meridian, they asked me to send them pictures of the dent and I did asap... they promised to call me back that same Monday, 6th of May, they didn't... when I called back on Wednesday, I was shocked when the lady said to me again, she's sorry, but she will call me back wednesday... it's Saturdat today, still no call... I will be very happy to terminate my car insurance with them, as this also happened to my colleague... they are full of stories... up till now, no call from Prime Meridian, when ever I call, a lady called Natasha, not even sure if that's her real name anymore, as I do not believe what ever they say, will promise to call... but NEVER DOES... SHOCKING...
