Am very disappointed. I was told to open an online cheque account with FNB and all I had is problems with this account. I opened it in September and an agent called me to verify my personal details which I did. When I went to Greenstone to collect my card my account was not found. I have to wait while they sort things out, I provided my FICA docs. Last week I went to Karaglen fnb to get a statement and they told me my account Is not active. I have to wait to get it activated. TOday my husband has transferred R19 000 to my account from his FNB account and its not reflecting. I phoned the call centre and nothing is reflecting. I am sitting in Middleburg with no petrol money because I thought FNB-FNB would not give me problems. I actually regret leaving my previous bank.
