How can we NOT help you!?

I applied for a personal loan and was refused because I had unpaid debit orders on my account. Now the reason for this was that my wife was not employed for a while... Now that my good wife has been employed and our situation has changed, "sorry, we CAN'T help you." is the response we get.

I have kept my account with this bank, earn a good salary, but I'm not considered a person, but a computer profile!

Almost 8 years ago we went through this very same situation, and after publishing our problem on hellopeter we were helped... Why can FNB not consider their clients as PEOPLE and not COMPUTER PROFILES?

FNB, if someone is reading this, please help!!!??
