To whom it may concern
I got a call from Miway offering me cell phone insurance and I decided to take it for two devices I have. An HTC touch pro two and BB9320 in two months my HTC decided to switch off while surfing the net. I tried to switch the device on nothing happened then took out de battery nd back cover put the device back together switched on nothing happened. I then handed my phone in for repairs for it to be repaired and I was informed that the repair centre won't be able to fix device as they do not have spares to repair. On the 21 may 2013 at 02:30 called Miway on 0860 64 64 64 to find out how do I go abt getting my device repaired or replaced. I was then transferred to a department spoke to a lady by the name of Lonwabo at that time was 02:48 and she advised that all the consultant who work with cell phone insurance they were all busy she will get someone to return my call the same day. I provided her with my landline no at work and my cell no and till to date 22 may at 11:38 no 1 has called me to acknowledge my insurance claim. I don't understand if that is the after service one receives after taking insurance with ur company. What a nightmare your way or de high way
