Its been 15 months since I had an accident with an Outsurance client and I still am waiting for an outcome on my claim, I laid a complaint in March on Hello Peter and according to their response on your site they tried to contact me. When I contacted them I was told that because my claim is with their legal department their is nothing they can do. We have since been to pretrial on the 25 th of April and according to the Judge they have on case (their client "allegedly" blacked out and crashed into me head on) they have no witness and yet they still insist on dragging this on, I have lost a substantial amount of money as a sales rep because I have been without a car since the accident and now risk losing my job. Is there anybody at Outsurance with ethics, Is there ANYONE who is willing to stand by their claim to bend over backwards.
