Turning a Bad Service to a Good one

It was on this platform that I expressed my dissatisfaction with bad service I received from outsurence. My complaint was attended by Dinky and we walked through together until today, my previous car was written off eventually, and I bought a new one.
Because of particularly Dinky, I could not look anywhere else for an insurence, but back to Outsurence. I now feel like I have a relationship with Outsurence, and I will always express my feeling about any service I get good or bad, I have made it my responsibility, to ensure improvements for our country.
