3April, telecon with Phineas at 8:12

Contacted Cell C with no response. Logged hellopeter complaint. Was contacted by phineas (refused to give surname). Who told me she had read the hellopeter complaint and will listen to the telecon and get back to me. Called me to say that she listened to what the sales person said and that he read out the terms and conditions in the telecon (short telephone version which does not include anything about 2 contracts).

I requested she tell me more about what I said and she refused.

Cell C (Phineas) told me to log another hellopeter complaint as that is the that, if I want to talk to a manager, legal department or the department I must log another hellopeter complaint or I must accept Phineas' ultimatum.

Cell C having read the hellopeter complaint and Hellopeter terms and conditions and Phineas in the escalations department dealing with complaint escalations is well aware that only ONE COMPLAINT can be logged in a FIVE day period.

Cell C, is it really necessary to bully your customers/potential customers in this manner?! Are all your customers treated this way? It is starting to sound like a really band Darren Simpsons radio prank!
