Shocking Service

I have tried since 09 Descember 2012 to transfer our accounts to FNB. Submitted the documents in the bank on two occasions because of incompetence. Went to the bank for a third time and was promised that i will be contacted with progress report. No call, i phoned again and left urgent message - no reply. Went to the bank for the forth time with altimatum to sort out the problem. Again i was promised a speedy report back- again a broken promise. i was at the bank again today for the fifth time, this time to collect all my documents to open account at another branch. The stand in manager promised to follow up and contact me, i am not holding my breath...
