POOR CLIENT SERVICE

I have been having continuous problems with FNB - I have to keep on going back to the branch to beg for them to have monthly statements emailed to me. I have three businesses where I bank with them and they just can't get this right. Phoned last week spoke to Reshna to sort this out - she DIDN'T BOTHER to call me back or to get anyone to call me. Phoned again and left three messages on three separate occasions. She didn't bother to follow up with whoever she passed this message onto and when I phoned her today she had a no-care attitude. I am TIRED of constantly wasting my time to go to the bank for the same problem and they can't get their act together. They happily take the bank fees but their service is non-existant. Judging by the number of complaints on Hello Peter I can't expect this complaint to be taken seriously. Maybe they are understaffed who knows? Last time I went to deposit money I was told to stand in one queue - when I got to the counter the lady said she didn't take coin deposits so I had to deposit notes at her counter and stand in another queue to deposit the coins??? Unbelieveable!!! SURELY this Bank can offer better client service than this!!!
