How thick and dump can you be Nomaswazi Dlamini for A Team Leader, i tell you that i was on a call for 45 min with 1 agent whom i spoke to twice about the same query and am placed on hold for 27min twice by the same agent and i dropped, and then you tell me about your process and procedure? do you really think that i want to hear that? or you doing a security check? do you think i am bored having to call into your call center twice?? and ask for a simple request?? what do you think is my experience and journey as your customer?? what and nonsense is this?? can i be calling into the call center and not be assisted and just 1 F$#@^ request?? i just need my statement to be emailed to me for all my 3 accounts, for the past 4 months i have been requesting that and i do not seem to get it... and please don't give me nonsense to go to a branch and get one... i want Nomaswazi Mabuza and Nomajabu, miss bad to give me a call and apologize, and i dont even know how you got a position to be a team leader, you have no listening skills, you were not listening to me but at the sound of your voice, get your brains out of your and use them!!
