I have been trying to get hold of MFC since yeaterday morning at 10:00am. I need a settlement Quote urgently, I phoned at ten and was told that their systems are down and that I should call again at 11, I tried at 11 and then same story, I was asked to phone back everry hour, 2pm they told me that I should try again the next day (21 May 2013). I understand that people have issues when systems are down but atleast take the clients number and phone them back. I have been sitting on the phone again today from 9am this morning, no answer at all!! I have even phoned Nedbank itself and asked for someone to call me, atleast let me know if there are any issues? This is pathetic, The centre has not answered a call today, and if you are experiencing issues just advise people accordingly
