I've called the MFC offices since 8am yesterday morning, 5 calls on Monday 20 May 2013, and 4 calls today (21 May 2013), and there is NO ANSWER!!! I wasted my time and money, 8 minutes on the the phone each time i call. It is unacceptable. There is only one general number that you can call and then that is not answered. This is VERY, VERY BAD service delivery..!!
