I recently changed banks influenced by the latest Samsung S4 Deal that FNB has. I did all the paperwork. Its been a month now and I have not received the fone. I called to enquire about it yesterday only to find out I need to wait 3 months. Apparently my salary needs to go into the account for 3 months. What bull is that. They should of told me in the beginning what was the setup. Guys if you want a cellphone go to a cell shop. I had to learn the hard way. And if you want a good bank go to Capitec. R4.50 monthly service fee.
