Incompetent and Zero Feedback

In early April 2013 I obtained the amount owing to Multiply for May 2013. I paid the exact amount and Multiply confirmed that no debit order would run against my account. Low and behold come the 7th and they run a debit order for some 30 bucks on kyk account - which bounced costing me R 120 in banking costs and destroying my credit rating. Even worse they then suspend my service, specifically my gym. Remember I can now not gym despite having paid for it. I complained twice two weeks ago, once last week and again this week. Not even a single response. Thanks for defrauding me.
